The Heart of the Home

We are at last feeling the effects of the changing weather here in the Pacific Northwest.
Fall has officially arrived bringing its cooler temps and rainy days.
As a result, I've been spending more time in the kitchen
preparing warm and comforting weeknight meals for the family
and weekends gathering with friends in the kitchen.
The KITCHEN really is the heart of the home.

At the Grove at Cambridge I have spent countless hours
considering thoughtful layouts & choosing timeless materials
that can be easily personalized by the new homeowner.
Each & Every Kitchen will have
an abundance of storage and loads of counter space
to entertain effortlessly!

We will begin construction next month
and I will be photographing our progression every step of the way.
Please continue to follow my updates as we forge on
building 26 Townhomes -
all with fabulous Kitchens,
Perfect for Entertaining . .

In the meantime, here is an article for inspiration & ideas to consider
for a room we spend so much time in today.

A few of my favorite places to shop for items for the Kitchen:

Organization & Decor:  Potterybarn

Floor Runners & Mats:  Crate and Barrel

Beautiful Accessories, Dishes and Linens:  Anthropologie

-  check out antique shops for one of a kind vintage signage, crates for storage,
linens, dishes and mixing bowls to make your kitchen unique & interesting  -
